DVD: Playtime is Over

Tough pros Sweet Destiny and Cheryl Rusa meet two amateurs who think they’re ready for real pro-am female wrestling action. First, Liz Lightning meets a bigger and meaner Sweet Destiny. There is a lot of mat grappling in fall 1, along with choking, hair pulling, and head pounding. Liz catches Destiny in a Boston Crab and the amateur wins a brilliant first fall. Ashamed of her performance in fall 1, Destiny mounts a relentless onslaught using tight bear hugs, a savage chokehold, and a crushing figure 4 leg-lock. A squirming and frightened Liz is finally pinned by tough and vengeful Destiny.

As fall 3 begins, it is evident that Liz is not in super condition, as her counter-attack is weak and her desire wanes with every minute that Destiny forearm smashes her in a ring corner. Liz comes back again in the end with renewed vigor, and they struggle until one warrior is caught in a bottoms-up pin and then lies motionless on the mat.

Cheryl Rusa then meets blonde Sabrina in another brutal pro-am female wrestling match, and Cheryl uses her blinding speed to befuddle the less experienced newcomer. Cheryl drapes Sabrina over the ropes, bashes her chest, then hurls her headfirst into the top turnbuckle. A stunned Sabrina is then the victim of a tight rear headlock and a writhing arm stretch that makes her say “I Give!” Sabrina is far from finished, and now tries to show Cheryl that she is tough enough to fight a pro. Sabrina clotheslines Cheryl, and then uses a step-over toehold, a front headlock, and vicious knees to the chest to weaken the little pro. Dragging Cheryl by the hair, she mounts her back and catches Cheryl in a dreadful camel clutch to even the match.

The third fall is short as they grapple on the mat and Cheryl bashes Sabrina’s head as the blonde rolls in agony. Then one girl attaches a chain to her opponent’s neck and dog-walks her around the ring and handcuffs her to the ropes. The last thing you see is a beaten face belonging to a female who is through for the day.
